6 week challenge

Sausage and steamed broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and salsa with one egg. I ate half and ate the rest later.
No exercise today. Tired from staying up watching game of thrones.
Salmon and cucumber salad for lunch. Tortilla soup, no tortillas or cheese for dinner. Including pics of the chicken fricassee. Super good.

6 week challenge

Breakfast : 3 eggs fried in olive oil and (1 zucchini) hasbrowns. About 1 T oil total and salt.
Lunch : homemade chicken tortilla soup with onions and peppers, no cheese, no tortillas. Add 1/4 avocado.
Dinner: chicken fricasee.
Workout: zumba, body weight workout, zumba, yoga
This is the plan, anyway. Also scheduled tasks spread throughout the day to get me up every hour. Also to walk the dogs around the yard.

Whole30 Reset and a 6 week challenge

I totally let myself go off the rails yesterday! All because of a tablespoon of butter??? Yeah, don't do that. I'll feel worse in the long run.
Walked this morning and caught 2 Pokémon. 2300 steps! I had 2 scrambled eggs with coconut oil, 1 cup of coffee and ate 4 almonds for the heartburn. Now I'm drinking jasmine tea.
I reread about insulin resistance on Mark's Daily Apple. This is why I need to weight train to lose weight. Also walking, sprinting, drinking tea, going somewhat low carb, meditating, getting enough sleep, turmeric  w black pepper, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, vinegar,  magnesium, liver, grassfed butter, pastured eggs, and paleo will help become insulin sensitive.
David said if I am unhappy,  then change. I explained what it entails and asked if he would do it with me, at least for 6 weeks. I need to be held accountable!
Goals : to lose 18 lbs of fat OR 2 dress sizes (from 18 to 14) by August 29th.
Plan: Follow a lowish carb paleo diet and do a body weight workout 3 times a week, zumba, wii fit cardio, or sprints 5 days a week and go for daily walks with the kids.
David will let me know later today. :)

Whole30 Reset Day 1

I don't feel good this morning. Upset tummy. Weight 182.
Those veggies had butter in them. Oopsie! I have to start over. Glad I realized it NOW and not later! Haven't eaten. Tired. Stressed. Sad.

Whole30 Day 2 Dinner

Baked yukon gold potato with ghee, table salt and pepper, braiswd pork loin with caramelized onions, cooked in chicken broth. Tired. Dreamed about a baby. Wierd! Hurt. Gonna take advil. Also, had a bath w epsom salts today. Feeling meh.
It's that time. I had brussels sprouts with  ghee for lunch, half a banana, a slice of watermelon and cashews for a snack.

Whole30 Day 2 breakfast

Steamed veggies with 2 eggs fried in EVOO and coffee. David took dogs to the pasture. Waiting for the exterminator.

Whole30 Day 1 Dinner

I didn't get a photo but I stuck beef heart, yukon gold potatoes, onions and baby carrots in the crockpot with sugar free spices and seasonings. I made a .25 stick of ghee in the microwave, ate all of it (on my food and out of the bowl) and I finally feel full! 
For snacks today I had some watermelon and raw carrots. I feel hungry sometimes but I think that's my gas/ heartburn issues. I was supposed to clean today and I didn't do shit. Exterminator comes tomorrow. I better make sure I eat a big breakfast in the AM. I'm so not prepared. Last time I was prepared and it went to shit so fuck it.
I didn't worry about my carb or calories today, either. I dranks at least 4 half liter bottles of water today.
I'm tired. Watched Game of Thrones so nothing got done. Fixin to go read. :)

Whole30 Day 1 lunch

Small salad with baby bell peppers, grape tomatoes, red onion, olive oil, fresh lime juice, tajin seasoning, salt, pepper and a salmon filet cooked in olive oil, with smoked paprika, salt, pepper and tajin seasoning. Black coffee, water.
Making this week's menu. Remember self, just eat real food.

Whole30 Day 1 breakfast

3 egg omelet with leftover steamed squash, zucchini, half a small avocado, onion, salt, pepper and Frank's Hot Sauce with black coffee. Cooked in 1 tsp coconut oil.
Some small aches and pains in my back, tight muscles.
Fixin to take magnesium and turmeric supplements.

Update: I only ate half. It's ok to not finish your plate!
