Damn

I am not parking in the street any more. My car got wrecked and I didn't even go anywhere. Did she have to hit my driver's side door? Couldn't she have attacked my bumper or the fender? At least she has insurance. These roads are so icy. Wish we could sue the city, you know, just for kicks.

And we were just going to go to the store, too. It was 4 o'clock and Gilmore Girls just got over. I am so sad. My pretty pretty red car. My baby. And Chantz is in Fairview with Austin and I can't reach them on the cell. I left a message. Damn! Damn Damn Damn Damn.

Now I gotta find that registration card. Argh.

Hey, way off topic! Did you know that if you click on the time at the bottom of the post, and not on the comments, it will take you to a page that shows the comments under the post but within the blog and not on some pop up or alternate page that doesn't list the original post? Yeah, who'da thought!

Dawn, that's horrible! I hope her insurance can cover it.

I call state farm today. The cop said he thought her insurance would cover it since it is her fault. She is young and that deductible is going to hurt. Tessa scratched a neighbors car door with her bike handle once- that little scratch was $500 worth of damage; they have to repaint the whole door. My concern is that my car isn't worth much. She may have totaled it. It is a nice dent. Had it been the pickup, she would have gone under it!

Good luck getting you car fixed..What a mess right at Christmas time...

Two years ago, on Christmas eve, I went to the grocery story and a lady backed into my car. I couldn't open the passanger side door. I cried. Her insurance did fix it but is was a real inconvience. At least no one was hurt. Good luck.

I filed a claim yesterday with State Farm, now I just have to wait for them to get back to me to tell me what to do. I would like to get the ball rolling. At least it isn't our only vehicle.
