6 week challenge

Breakfast : 3 eggs fried in olive oil and (1 zucchini) hasbrowns. About 1 T oil total and salt.
Lunch : homemade chicken tortilla soup with onions and peppers, no cheese, no tortillas. Add 1/4 avocado.
Dinner: chicken fricasee.
Workout: zumba, body weight workout, zumba, yoga
This is the plan, anyway. Also scheduled tasks spread throughout the day to get me up every hour. Also to walk the dogs around the yard.
