Whole30 Day 1 breakfast

3 egg omelet with leftover steamed squash, zucchini, half a small avocado, onion, salt, pepper and Frank's Hot Sauce with black coffee. Cooked in 1 tsp coconut oil.
Some small aches and pains in my back, tight muscles.
Fixin to take magnesium and turmeric supplements.

Update: I only ate half. It's ok to not finish your plate!
